2026 marks fifteen years since my last Antarctic voyage.

As a technical officer in the Ultraviolet Radiation Section at ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency), I was privileged to serve on three consecutive summer voyages aboard the icebreaker Aurora Australis, visiting Davis, Mawson and Casey research stations.
